Returns Policy

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;

• On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email at: support@koru-mode.com

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• We have received the returned goods, or

• You have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• For goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

• For goods that are liable to deteriorate or have a limited shelf life;

• For alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the contract is concluded and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• For newspapers, journals, or magazines, except subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts:

• For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;

• For goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

• For sealed audio or video recordings and computer software if the seal has been broken after delivery.
